• Preferred payment method
• Dental records from previous practices

Before your dental exam: Fill out the New Patient form and send us a Request Appointment where we will contact you. Or give us a call; We be happy to guide you.

During your dental exam, one of our dental hygienists will thoroughly clean your teeth and gums, removing plaque and debris from the gum line. We will also evaluate your situation to create a long-term treatment plan for you. Everything that we do will have your input into it while letting you see all the possible options.
